The mechanic named Rich assisted me. He was fast, professional, and was very reasonable with his prices. He even fixed things that I did not even knew he fix. I will definitely go back to him if I have any more car trouble

I took my car to Rich and explained to him the problem. He was so polite and professional. He told me the problem and fixed it right away. He explained everything to me step by step. Highly recommended. Thanks Rich I will be returning for my future car needs

Couldnt ask for a better place for my truck to be fixed. Unfortunately my fuel pump went out. They were able to discount me a tow to their shop on 65th and King Drive in Chicago, along with taking me to get the part and dropping/picking me back up. Rich is the best mechanic I met! Most places tend to OVERCHARGE YOU. I ended up paying less then $500 to fix a major job, including the tow!! I recommend this place 100% and if I could give more then 5 stars I would! I got my truck the very next day it was towed to his shop. VERY friendly VERY reasonable VERY trustworthy! Support this black business you will not be disappointed!!! If I encounter anymore car problems this will be the first place I take it! Thanks Rich! I highly recommend this repair shop!

One of my brake pads got stuck and started smoking while we were in an unfamiliar part of town, so we looked up what garages were nearby. WEBB's was a bit out of our way, but after seeing the unanimous 5-star reviews, I decided it was worth the extra time. And it was. Rich is a great guy, and provided service above and beyond what I expect from a mechanic, even driving us to and from the nearest L station so we could be where we needed to be on time. The only complaint I have isn't even so much a complaint as just a heads-up to anyone reading: the building is a little hard to spot the first time, so call ahead if you have any issues finding it.

My first impression of Richard was a good one. It started with my husband calling and seeking answers about problems with his engine. Not only was the response prompt, but he was very patient and thorough, in answering all of my husband's questions and concerns. Later that day, we took my husband's van to him, he came out and with his tool got to work. This was a long process, but the end result was what we were seeking to have more information as to what was really going on with his van. Afterwards he came over and introduced himself to me and thank me for my patience. Mr. Richard cares not just about fixing cars but making sure that his customers are safe and their vehicles are road worthy of driving. We will definitely recommend him to our family and friends and also utilize his services for our future car and van repairs.

From the initial phone conversation, to the diagnostic and eventual repair of my vehicle, Rich was nothing but professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He informed me that my vehicle needed to be worked on ASAP to prevent further damage (and stay safe on the road); he graciously took my car in the same day, ordered parts on the spot, and began working on it that evening. I was back on the road within 24 hours. I cannot recommend Rich and his business enough - he is definitely qualified to be your go-to mechanic for all of your car needs!

I was visiting from Delaware and found this shop online. Mr Rich is a GOOD man! And he fixed my car in no time literally! Just a few hours! He’s honest and decently priced! I had an outstanding experience truly a 10/10. Rich was extremely helpful and took the time to explain every detail of the issue with my car. He was able to fix it on the spot at a very affordable price. I had to run to the store a couple of times for parts, and he was patient and understanding, waiting each time and making sure I had everything I needed. I had a great experience with Webb's Auto Diagnostics. Rich was honest, thorough, and went out of his way to make sure I wasn’t spending money on parts I didn’t need. He worked around my schedule, which I really appreciated, and saved me a lot of money in the process. On top of that, he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and even took the time to explain things about my car so I could understand what was going on.
